The high ceilings and large living room with antiques created A renaissance atmosphere. I found cabinets, a music box, and tables throughout the space. The building's 400-year history was apparent. I appreciated the character.

The staff stored my bike for several hours after checkout , which was very accommodating. The host was friendly and provided lovely coffee in the mornings. I had access to water and tea 24/7.

Coffee and tea were available at all times , though breakfast service was suspended. A cappuccino machine was available from 8-11am. It was a great perk. I could enjoy these beverages in the common area.

My double room was big and clean , with a sink. The shared bathroom was super clean . THIS was a relief. A kettle in the room allowed me to make my own coffee.

the location was perfect for exploring. it was very central and convenient for reaching all attractions. also, the building had a lot of charm and historical character. this added to the overall experience of my stay and made it quite nice.
